So our Karen has unfortunately left us as she is unable to commit to teaching Flexy Stretch class every week. We will really miss you Karen! However, moving forward we can announce that HEIDI will be taken over the reigns and that the class will now run every Thurs 8pm!

So the ALL NEW Flexy Stretch is every Thur 8pm with Heidi at Pole Physique.

Heidi is a pro pole athlete, fitness and yoga instructor with 17 years experience in her field! With qualifications including: ETM, L3 Power Chi Yoga, Body Balance and a shed ton more, Heidi knows everything there is to know about the body and how to make them strong and most importantly, FLEXY!

It’s hard to tie Heidi down in between all of her pole, yoga and fitness instructing over the city so we are well chuffed that we got a hold of her for this weekly permanent position.

WHAT IS FLEXY STRETCH?

– Flexy Stretch is a class dedicated to increasing your overall flexibility using various deep stretch exercises

– This is an open level class. You don’t need any current flexibility at all to join this class.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

– You will get Flexy!

-Toning exercises are also included to sculpt the muscles whilst simultaneously improving flexibility.

-Flexy Stretch will help you to gain the flexibility needed for those flexy pole tricks that we all want to nail.

-Anyone can join. Pole student or not, anyone can come along and join Flexy Stretch!

-Heidi has vast knowledge, experience and qualifications to help you achieve your Flexy goals!

-Your body as a whole will achieve greater body balance, body awareness, strength in flexibility and muscle tone.

-It’s always going to be fun with Heidi!!! She is surely a one in a million.
